With 20+ years in retail, hospitality, and leisure, I’ve led operations and marketing for major brands, managed regional retail businesses, and worked alongside startups and independents to fuel their growth. I’ve helped business owners get unstuck, scale smartly, and rediscover the joy in what they do.

 

I’ve also had a hand in shaping some of London’s most-loved spaces, from Westfield Shopping Centres to Transport

for London’s 2,500-property estate. But the real lessons? They didn’t come from boardrooms. They came from starting on the shop floor, working behind the bar, and learning first-hand what makes a business tick - and how to help people build something from the ground up.

When I’m not deep in strategy sessions or running workshops, you’ll find me hunting down the best independent coffee and foodie spots (I’m a massive foodie), planning my next trip (travel is my love language), in the gym, or getting lost in a good book.
