Hi, I’m Sophie, a business strategist and coach, and the founder behind Market & Me.

With over 20 years in commercial development, customer experience, and performance in the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries, I’ve gathered a ton of experience that i now want to share with you! 

 

My journey has been diverse, heading up the operations and marketing departments for much loved brands, and managing regional retail businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with startups, independents, and SMEs, offering strategic guidance and support to drive growth and success, giving me a deep understanding of the ins and outs of business operations and strategy.​

I’ve also played key roles in shaping some of London's favourite shopping destinations. like Westfield Shopping Centres and Transport for London's 2,500 property estate. Leading teams and developing strategies in these iconic environments has given me invaluable insights into what it takes to thrive in competitive markets.

My hands-on approach and ground-up perspective is thanks to starting on the shop floor and behind bars, before moving into senior, strategic roles.
