We saw a need for genuine, hands-on support
Market & Me was born out of a love for the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries, and the brilliant businesses within these spaces - and beyond!
With years spent helping businesses in these industries grow, we saw a need for real, hands-on support for small business owners. So we built a space rooted in community, collaboration and genuine connections with practical, no strings attached guidance that helps you and your business thrive.

Market & Me's founder.
Hi, I’m Sophie, a retail expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked on strategy, operations, and marketing for major fashion and food brands, and have helped some of your favorite high street spots drive their performance.
I LOVE working with these industries, but grew tired of seeing small businesses being overlooked and receiving support that’s often inconsistent or inauthentic.
That’s why I founded Market & Me. My mission is to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, along with insights from others, to help your business not just survive, but thrive. More than that, I’m on a personal mission to build a community where small businesses receive genuine, consistent support in a positive, growth space so that we don't have to keep going it alone!
